2.4 If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 7.
3.1 Age Restriction: Access to and use of the winboxmy Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform.
3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you will provide accurate date of birth information during the registration and KYC verification process.
3.3 winboxmy reserves the right to suspend any Account where the age of the Account holder cannot be verified and to reverse any transactions associated with an Account found to have been opened by a person under the minimum age.

If winboxmy determines that an Account was opened by a player in a Prohibited Territory, the Account may be closed and any balance returned to the player's verified deposit method, subject to completion of standard KYC verification.
3.6 Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of winboxmy and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player Accounts.
4.1 Each individual may open only one (1) Account on the winboxmy Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are prohibited.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. winboxmy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 You must not share your Account with, or transfer your Account to, any other person. winboxmy accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

4.6 You must notify winboxmy immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
4.7 By registering, you consent to receive Account-related communications from winboxmy at your registered email address. You may manage marketing communication preferences within your Account settings.
5.1 winboxmy is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders before permitting withdrawal transactions. KYC verification requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address documentation.
5.2 Accepted identity documents include: national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Accepted proof of address documents include: utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within 90 days.
5.3 winboxmy may, at its discretion, request additional documentation at any time — including during active play — where there are grounds to verify the source of deposited funds or the identity of the Account holder.
5.4 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
5.5 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with winboxmy's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.
6.1 All deposits on the winboxmy Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winboxmy does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the player's payment provider.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Accepted methods are subject to change at winboxmy's discretion.
6.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts held in third-party names are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of funds.
6.4 winboxmy does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are not within winboxmy's control.
6.5 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account's deposit interface. Limits are subject to change without advance notice.
6.6 Deposited funds do not accrue interest. winboxmy holds player funds in accordance with its licensing obligations.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that (a) are held in the Account holder's verified name and (b) have been used to make at least one prior deposit on the Account, unless otherwise approved by winboxmy at its discretion.
7.2 A minimum of one completed deposit must precede the first withdrawal request on any Account.
7.3 winboxmy targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during standard operational hours for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to review by winboxmy's payments team. winboxmy reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
7.5 Any active Bonus Funds that have not yet met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real-money balance, in accordance with the bonus terms applicable to those funds.
7.6 winboxmy does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Where a fee applies due to payment method constraints, this will be disclosed to the player prior to withdrawal confirmation.
7.7 winboxmy is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched by the Platform.
8.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by winboxmy are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of inconsistency between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails in respect of that promotion only.
8.2 Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts.
8.3 Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.4 Where a player makes a withdrawal request while Bonus Funds remain active and Wagering Requirements are incomplete, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not yet converted to real money will be forfeited.
8.5 winboxmy reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to technical errors, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirements.
8.6 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus systems — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, structuring deposits to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing hedged bets to reduce wagering risk — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
8.7 Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking of concurrent bonuses.
8.8 Bonus winnings converted to real-money funds following fulfilment of Wagering Requirements become part of the player's withdrawable balance and are no longer subject to bonus restrictions.
9.1 All casino games on the winboxmy Platform — including live dealer games and electronic slots — are provided by third-party certified gaming studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game mechanics conducted by certified studios.

10.1 Sports betting on winboxmy is subject to these general Terms and to the specific sportsbook rules published within the platform's sportsbook section, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, and event-specific rules.
10.2 Bets placed on the winboxmy sportsbook are accepted at the odds prevailing at the time of bet confirmation. Odds fluctuate in real time and winboxmy does not guarantee that any quoted odds will remain available for the duration of a player's bet selection process.
10.3 Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise unable to be completed within the timeframe specified in sportsbook rules, bets on that event shall be voided and stakes returned to the player's Wallet unless the sportsbook rules specify an alternative settlement method.
10.4 Mix Parlay bets require a minimum number of selections as specified in the platform's parlay terms. If one or more selections within a parlay are voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid selections in accordance with standard parlay settlement rules.
10.5 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to faster odds fluctuation and may be suspended or closed by the Platform at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a market suspension are not accepted.
10.6 winboxmy reserves the right to limit the maximum stake and/or maximum payout on any market or event for any individual Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winboxmy Platform:
Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable by law.
12.1 winboxmy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
12.2 Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC, suspected age misrepresentation, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11, and receipt of chargeback requests from the player's payment provider.
12.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals requested during the suspension period will be held until the investigation is concluded.
12.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting winboxmy customer support. Voluntarily closed Accounts may be reopened upon the player's request, subject to standard re-verification procedures.
12.5 Accounts closed through the Platform's self-exclusion process (see Section 13) are subject to the cooling-off terms applicable to the selected self-exclusion period and may not be reopened before the expiry of that period.
13.1 winboxmy is committed to supporting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to Responsible Gaming Tools directly within their Account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months or permanent).

16.3 winboxmy's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16.4 Nothing in these Terms limits winboxmy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winboxmy holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
17.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact winboxmy customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. winboxmy commits to responding to formal disputes within 10 business days.
